7:35 pm	Public Prayer I once betrayed much of what I held dear for what I mistook for love. I did not know what love was,I didnt love myself. I failed myself, and inevitably,all my loved ones. I lost family.I wreaked havoc.I murdered trust. It haunts me to this day,with empty and not so empty spaces in my head filling up with regret so deep it physically stops me in my tracks .To continue with life, I must literally shake it off. While I live, I never want to forget what I have done, no matter how much these memories ail me. With my greatest failures weighing so heavily upon me,I hope to never fail so badly again. I pray that when I die, all of these memories will leave me. An eternity of regret is to much to bear,a life time is what I have earned.

9:28 pm	Family Geek Hour Yeah.Heroes, with the boy and Queen. Good times. First I must play the bad guy, and make my boy move a bunch of concrete blocks across the yard-and back again! Why? Well lets just say he displays too much Syler, and not enough Peter. I cant make anyone do anything.I can make life unpleasant for my boy when he would break the golden rule. It may not change his behavior, but I must try. I owe it to him. If all else fails, I will have made him...more physically fit,and thus able to wreak more havoc. Ah well. 5:12 pm	Furst Fur... Yesterday I went to the Ren' with the family. My son wore his first fursuit(heehee) which I had finished the night before. He is a cat, a sorcerer cat. My friend Ryan had crafted a cloak with a cats paw in leather on the back, as a birthday gift for my boy. He also gave him a dagger, as did his babysitter(!!!??crazy people!). He decided not to go strapped...I wore 4 blades to make up for that... Good times... (3 Comments |Comment on this)

1:22 pm	Got burned on a tech purchase. 50 bucks for a Pentium 4 box, minus the memory and HD. I consulted Evil, he said it sounded ok. I had memory and HD, so I bought it. Poking around in it, I just now(hey I admit my ignorance) figured out that it isnt a Pentium 4. ANGER!!! But I know where he works, where he lives and where he drinks, and I believe he simply screwed up. So , do I demand my money back, see if he has a REAL Pentium 4 to sell me, or is a Pentium II something more than computing pocket lint? Obviously I would want some consideration, perhaps 2 or 3(or 4!) for the price of one, or maybe a partial( 30 $?) refund. My feeble research has shown that a pentium II WITH a HD and memory and a bunch of other stuff this box doesnt have, can be had for a lot less than 50 bucks. Shipping costs, and figuring the value of the memory,HD and extra components, make comparing these boxes difficult. Hmm. Stupid tech. Any opinions on what to do with this dinosaur? 4:03 am	Rats-N-Blood Alert!!! Look sharp my mangey catspaws! There are rats afoot and blood in the water! Turns out my fellow traveler the Multiclassed geek known to me as Ryan Goodman, is having his opening this friday at the Base gallery(across from Kaldis). In addition to being a Griffen in his expiditions to the Furverse, he has also brought back a native. Grimal is a California based Furry, of the Rat variety. He will be present and presenting his own art at said opening! For a hint at what is to come, check Blackstains.com,. For the in-the-fur reality, meet mee at the Base Gallery, Friday 5/26/06, 6PM. As for this Goodman fellow, his stuff is cool, multimedia, sculpture, paintings ,photography, sketch etc Plus he is geek, the first guy I met who started with card games and became a role player, an asidous cosplay and sewing fanatic, and a lover of all things sharp and pointy. Goodman is having a massive blowout at his house on Saturday. Circumstances dictate that I will probably miss it, but if you meeat him on Friday, perhaps you can go Saturday and "represent". 2:17 pm	PersonalPersonalgeekgeekgeekgeekPersonalizedgeekgeekgeekgeek Those of you who are sending your best to Pandorahunter (mah wife) have my thanks. My congratulations to the Carrions! Still wish he had been named Cain Cassious(?), but I guess I just have to have my own... Saw the second d+d movie last night. It was tv quality per the production value. It was exactly the kind of script, 90% true to the game, that the first d+d movie should have been. Of course, anyone reading this who would care would already know this. ;-) I was looking for the book, Cheaters Always Prosper, and found this ( http://www.starcitygames.com/php/news/article/8595.html )search result, just under my target. Magic is not my fandom, but I am enough of a gamer to follow the social implications if not the tecnicalities. I am(was?) a roleplayer, but rules are what make it a game instead of unstructured play. Making sure the rules are followed by everone was very important to me, but any more it isnt. As long as we can all play together and tell cool stories, I care little. It is only when there is interparty sword measuring and such that strict rules enforcement matters much to me, and at that point I dont want to play anyway. I will be going to origens with my kid! Nothing much to interest me -been there, done that- but my boy will be bedazzeled! Oh yeah, its my wifes first GamingCon as well, and i thinki it will be great for her to RP with strangers, but frankly she gets second billing( sorry babe :P ) My kid is an unecouraged furry(cat). Those Cons will have to wait, until they have been utterly Disneyfied. His exposure to certain animation( No time for Tenchi?) has shown me that I am much more comfortable with his imagination exceding what he veiws. As is he. The fact is he always lets us know when it is to much for him. Like by freaking out during Xmen 2( a few years ago). Conversly he tells me his favorite Character pic on SoulCaliber 2 is Ivy, in a specific(red?) costume- you can guess why. He is half preteen/half preschool, and every day he seems to discard one his favorit thisngs from his younger days, but he's really just hidding his love for the barny, or sponge bob, or da' care bears, lest his peers lambash him. He is learning to live as weird person, and I can only advise him on the way his choices might pan out . I can't take the teasing for him, and I wouldnt if I could. It will continue even after I'm not around to save him, so he has to learn to deal, as do we all. When I sport a 'hawk, I think I am showing him something of what is possible. When I cut it off, to get a job, attend an elders funeral, simply to free myself, I will show him what is nessasary, what is respectful, and what freedom of expression really means. Meanwhile, I will make him wear pants in public, not pick his nose, and not answer questions with mews and hisses. When he can count the costs he, and pay the piper, he can call the tune. Till then, he must dance to the limited music of his parents. I have gone from Chaotic Nuetral( with Evil tendancies) to Lawful Nuetral (with Evil tendancies!), in the process of becoming becoming a parent, but I will always be weird, I will always be strange. My boy is much as I was, yet stranger still. When I see my life and especially those of my odd friends, I have hope for him. Saw King Kong. Liked the "Leading Man"(what a great Eckstinian character!), and the buggs( my phobias barely allowed me to watch that scene) and that is about all. Even Jack Black was anticipointing. 4:30 pm	WEDDING INFO do you need directions here they are take 71(towards downtown cinti) to the river road exit(aka state route 50) take this exit and only this exit you will end up on River road and keep going (A LONG WAY 10+ miles) you will see a sign that has a black tarp over it (this was the Fore and Aft but it sank) and another resturant sin under the tarp and a poster with balloons saying WILL AND BECKA turn left at this sign!!! you will enter and see the park on the left come and park in the lot near the shelter where all the people and stuff will be! So to make it more simple 71(towards downtown cinti) to river road exit, take river road a long way til you see a Will and Becka sign turn left into the park!!! Very simple and for those of you that know where Stu's farm is this is very close to there!!! Also a helper is that if you see a Mcdonalds you went too far turn around a go back just a little to the sign!!!! Love ya all See ya soon p.s. pass this along if you know anyone that wants/needs it. Also this is potluck so please bring something to share we are grilling and drinking and I have been asked about gifts by a few people this is the answer: We do not expect gifts and just having lots of yummy stuff and a good time with you is the best gift that we could have!!! 11:55 am	Will and Becka's wedding June 4th 2005 2pm-10pm 1st- the place is actually at Fernbank park(50 Thornton Ave,Cin, Oh 45233) right next to the Fore and Aft restaurant. It is in Sayler Park not far from Stu's farm. Best to take 71S to River Rd follow River Rd to Fore and Aft. 2nd-Potluck/BBQ picnic to follow the ceremony(this is the important part) It's a casual family event(there will be water balloons) that includes alcohol. Bring Food and/or drink to share and maybe a folding chair. Park requires a park sticker let us know if you need one for that day but please try to get your own we are limited in how many we have and its only 5 bucks for the whole year. 3rd-If you need anything, info, etc... call me at 513-251-1355 or email me at pandorahunter@yahoo.com 4th-pass this along if you think someone may like to stop by this is more about the party then the wedding!! 11:55 pm	Beckas Birthday Party!!! If your reading this your invited! We will going out for a rare club/bar debauch, and the gloves are coming off! You being there would be a present for her, and also for her husband to be(me). Those of you who ain't in town, think happy thoughts...she is turning 28(man I hope thats right;) ) and feeling it. Me, I still think of her as almost 10 years younger than me, and that kind of hook up makes a man feel spry! Any way details are below and the I will try to post a map...
